Climate Change Seen Through The Camera’s Eye
Blending photographic art with scientific research, Extreme Ice provides a “visual voice” to the risk of rising global temperatures and creates an emotional as well as personal connection to those results. Climate Change is real and the exhibit addresses the global impacts, the need for action, and ways to understand the rapid changes in our climate that are creating global challenges to our current civilization. A theatrical film talks about the process and the discovery of witnessing climate change through the camera’s lens. Once in the exhibit, a series of interactives shares the stories of how they captured the imagery, the team, and the science behind it all. Along with predictions on the climate crisis based on the science and data.
